despite several calls since morning.
It is stated by Ld. APP for State that accused Jitender
is intentionally and deliberately avoiding appearance in the court
to prolong the proceedings with request to issue NBWs against
him.
Heard. Perused.
In these circumstances, issue NBWs against the
accused Jitender alongwith notice to surety through IO, for
NDOH.
