Matter is at the stage of appearance of accused.
Summons received back served. Taken on record. Perused. Accused is present
today.
It is submitted on behalf of the accused that copy of complaint alongwith
documents has already been received.
It is first appearance of accused. The offense being a bailable one, the accused
is admitted to bail subject to furnishing of bail bonds in sum of Rs. 10,000/- and a surety in the
like amount.
Personal bonds qua accused has been furnished. Taken on record. The same is
accepted till NDOH subject to furnishing of surety bonds on NDOH.
At this stage, parties submit that there are fair chances of settlement.
At request matter be referred to mediation for 30.09.2024 at 12:00 noon.
Accused is bound down for NDOH.
Put up for report on settlement/furnishing of surety bonds/framing of notice on
19.12.2024.
