registered as per rules.
Present: Ms. Anamika Ratan, Ld. Counsel for complainant through VC.
Complainant is absent.
Accused no. 1 is a proprietorship firm of which accused no. 2 is
proprietor.
Sh. Paramjeet Singh, Ld. Counsel for accused no. 2 alongwith the
accused no. 2 in person.
Matter is at the stage of appearance of accused, bail and further
proceedings.
Summons issued to the accused have been received back duly
served.
Accused prays that she be admitted to bail in the present case.
Accused is admitted to bail on furnishing of bail bonds in the sum of Rs.
20,000/ with one surety in the like amount. Some time is sought on behalf of
accused to furnish bail bonds. Same be done on NDOH.
Notice under Section 251 Cr.P.C. has been framed upon the
accused. His plea of defence has been recorded. Accused has pleaded not
guilty and claimed trial. He has pressed for crossexamination of
complainant/AR under Section 145(2) NI Act.
In view of plead of defence of accused, probable defence has
been raised and accused is granted opportunity to crossexamine the
complainant/AR. Considering the circumstances, the present matter is being
tried as a summons case instead of summarily, in terms of second proviso to
Section 143(1) NI Act.

In terms of admission/denial of the documents recorded under Section 294
Cr.P.C., witnesses at sr. no. 2 and 3 are hereby dropped from list of witnesses.
Put up for furnishing of bail bonds by the accused as well as CE
on 26.03.2025.
