Since the offence u/s. 138 NI Act is bailable in nature, the accused is hereby released
on bail on furnishing of personal bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- with one surety of like amount
and subject also to the condition that the accused shall intimate the court of any change in address
either of the accused or that of the surety. Personal Bail Bonds furnished. However, surety bond has
not been furnished. Personal Bail Bonds stand accepted till the NDOH.
Accused is directed to furnish the surety bond by NDOH.
At this stage, parties jointly submit that there is a possibility of amicable settlement
in this case.
At joint request of the parties, the matter is referred to Mediation, KKD Courts,
Delhi.
The parties shall appear before the Mediation on 15.09.2026 at 2:00 p.m. and before
this court for recording of settlement, if any, or in the alternative for further proceedings on
24.12.2026.
Shortest possible date has been given considering the court docket and that the court
is functioning with only one stenographer.
