Present: Ms. Meenu, Ld. Counsel for complainant alongwith
complainant in person.
Matter is listed for PSE.
At this stage, the counsel for complainant submits that she has
filed an application U/s 175(3) BNSS alongwith the complaint, however, on
LDOH, she inadvertently failed to mention about the application.
Perusal of the record shows that an application U/s 175(3)
BNSS has been filed on behalf of complainant and the same is on record.
Submissions heard on the application U/s 175(3) BNSS.
Let ATR be called from the SHO concerned in the following
respects;
1. Whether any complaint has been made by the complainant in the
police station.
2. If yes, whether any action has been taken on the said complaint.
3. Whether any investigation or inquiry has been conducted in this
regard and if yes, then what is the status of the
investigation/inquiry.
4. If any cognizable offence is made out, whether any FIR has been
registered or not.
Let the ATR be filed on 28.07.2025.
Let a copy of complaint & all accompanying documents be
provided to the Naib Court to be supplied to IO/SHO.
