accused was required for the same.
Proceedings :
• Accused is absent without any intimation.
• Neither the accused is present nor his counsel physically and through VC.
• Matter adjourned due to non-appearance of the accused, hence, cost of
Rs.5000/- is imposed upon the accused to be paid by the accused to the
complainant on the next date.
• The conduct of the accused has been poor as reflected from the previous
ordersheets, and previous cost of Rs.3000/- and Rs.5000/- bond forfeited
already.
Order :
• Let the matter be listed on 22.04.2026 for pre-cognizance hearing, formal
bail, framing of notice, admission denial and consideration on the
application under Section 145(2) of NI Act.
• The accused is directed to supply the advance copy of the application
under Section 145(2) NI Act to the other side for the purpose of
consideration.
• Accused to appear physically on the next date, failing which the bail of the
accused will be cancelled without further opportunity.
