An exemption application has been filed on behalf of the accused. Same is
allowed only for today.
Ld. Counsel for the accused is appearing before the court today. Since, the
offence is a bailable one, the accused is granted bail subject to furnishing of bail bonds
in the sum of Rs. 20,000/- with one surety in the like amount before the court on NDOH.
Ld. Counsel for accused submits that the copy of the complaint has been
duly received by the accused.
Ld. Counsel for the accused submits that the accused is willing to settle the
matter with the complainant.
At request of both the parties, let the matter be referred before the Lok
Adalat Court for 14.12.2024.
