In the interest of justice, one more opportunity is given to file the relevant case laws. The relevant case laws be filed by the NDOH. At this stage, Ld. Counsel for the applicant states that he has annexed order dated 23/08/22 of Sh. Rajesh Malhotra, Presiding Officer, DRT-II, Delhi wherein the bank was given liberty to take possession of North side of the property in question. He states that the property of the applicant falls in the East side and the same was not mortgaged by the borrowers. At this stage, Ld. Counsel for the respondent/bank states that description of the property may be provided to him by the Ld. Counsel for the applicant. He further states that he shall clarify the same on the next date of hearing. Let the details and description of the property be provided by the applicant to the Ld. Counsel for the respondent bank during the course of the day.
