Stage : The matter is at the stage for framing of notice, admission denial
and consideration on the application under Section 145(2) of NI Act.
The accused was directed to supply the advance copy of the application
under Section 145(2) NI Act to the other side for the purpose of
consideration.
Proceedings :
• Bail bonds in the sum of Rs.30,000/- have been filed by the accused.
Same are furnished, considered and accepted.
• Adjournment sought on behalf of the counsel for accused on ground
that the accused is not available today, heard, allowed subject to cost
of Rs.5000/- is imposed upon the accused to be paid by the accused
to the complainant on the next date.
Order :
• Let the matter be listed on 02.07.2026 for formal bail, framing of
notice, admission denial and consideration on the application under
Section 145(2) of NI Act.
• The accused is directed to supply the advance copy of the application
under Section 145(2) NI Act to the other side for the purpose of
consideration.
