complainant.
AR of complainant in person.
Sh. Gulweer Singh, Ld. counsel with accused.
Fresh Vakalatnama has been filed on behalf of accused. Same
is taken on record.
Notice of accusation is framed on the accused separately.
Accused has not pleaded guilty and claimed trial.
At this stage, admission/denial of documents under Section 294 Cr. P.C.
done. Accused states that he will not dispute the genuineness and
correctness of dishonor Cheque & memo Hence, 02 witnesses cited in list
of witnesses by complainant at serial no. 2 & 3 stand dropped from said
list.
Meanwhile referred to Mediation for 02.07.2026 at 12.00
noon, and in case the matter is not settled, let the matter be listed for the
purpose already.
In case, the parties arrive at a mediation settlement, or MOU,
all the parties are required to appear physically in the court for recording
the statement of confirmation to give effect to the settlement. In case, no
mediation / settlement arrives, the matter will be listed for the purpose of
already listed, and no adjournment shall be given.
