Today the accused has appeared with the Ld. Counsel on
service of summons and vakalatnama on behalf of the accused is filed and

On the oral application for bail of the accused, the accused is
granted bail, as the offence is bailable in nature.
The accused is granted bail subject to furnishing of bail bonds
in the sum of Rs.10,000/- with one surety of like amount.
Personal Bail bonds is filed today and surety bonds to be
furnished on the next date.
Copy of the complaint book to be supplied by the complainant
to the ld. Counsel for the accused today itself.
Let the matter be listed for framing of notice, admission denial
and consideration on the application under Section 145(2) of NI Act.
The accused is directed to supply the advance copy of the
