complainant.
Matter is at the stage of consideration.
Court notice issued to the concerned bank witness received back
served. However, none has appeared on behalf of bank.
Issue B/W for a sum of Rs.5000/- against concerned bank official to
be executed through SHO PS returnable on NDOH.

ICICI Bank, Gandhi Nagar.
The bank witness submits as to why the cheque in question got
dishonoured can only be told by the witness from ICICI, Jhandewalan Branch.
Heard.
Thus, issue court notice to the ICICI Bank, Jhandewalan
Branch for NDOH upon filing PF.
In view of the above, BW against the bank witness may not be
examined.
