Present: Sister of complainant in person.
IO/ASI Om Prakash in person.
Matter is listed for filing of status report.
IO submits that during the course of investigation alleged
accused Neeraj was bound down and the rest of the accused persons are
still not joining investigation. He further submits that a petition for
quashing of the FIR has been moved before Hon’ble High Court of
Delhi by accused persons on 15.05.2026.
Sister of the complainant submits that there is no stay on
the investigation granted by the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi.
Heard.
Since there is no stay on investigation and the incident
pertains to the year 2023, IO is directed to diligently investigate the
matter keeping in mind the fact that it has already been three years since
the incident occurred and FIR was filed. He shall treat this matter on
priority.
IO is directed to expedite the investigation and file the
detailed status report enumerating the steps taken by him in the present
matter.
