• On perusal of the service report and the postal receipt, it appears that
complainant has not sent the copy of complaint and paper book to
the accused / respondent. Therefore, the service could not be deemed
effective.
• Let the previous order be complied afresh and fresh service be made
and report with affidavit be filed by the next date by the complainant
alongwith the proof of service of the complaint book and notice /
summons.
• The Complainant is directed to send the copy of the complaint
alongwith entire paper book in physical form and also through
WhatsApp/electronic mode, if possible in PDF format.
• Let the matter be listed on 02.03.2026.
