TToday the undersigned is also working as Duty JMFC.
Present: Sh. Sidhant Dhingra, Ld. Counsel for complainant.
None for accused.
NBWs issued against the accused vide order dated 20.12.2024 received
back unexecuted on the last to last date of hearing i.e. 21.03.2025, with report shop is
locked. A neighbour also stated that the shop belongs to the accused and the shop has
been closed since the last ten days.
Perusal of record shows that the accused has appeared previously in
this case and is well aware of the proceedings, however, he is not appearing.
Accordingly, let process u/s 82 Cr.P.C. be issued against the accused
through DCP concerned.
Process server is directed to inter alia ensure that the report filed u/s 82
Cr.P.C. clearly mentions the date of execution, execution should be done at least one
month prior to the court date, the report shall contain pictures of affixation done at the
address and outside the court room.
Ahlmad is directed to annex a copy of this order along with the process.
Put up for report before this court on 10.04.2026.
