Stage : The matter is at the stage for framing of notice, admission denial and
consideration on the application under Section 145(2) of NI Act.
The accused was directed to supply the advance copy of the application
under Section 145(2) NI Act to the other side for the purpose of consideration.
Proceedings :
• The accused has already entered his appearance filled in Bail bonds and stopped
appearing for the purpose of trial.
Order :
• The accused is absent and therefore, ensuring the presence of the accused, arrest
warrants are required.
• Issue B/Ws in the sum of Rs.5000/- against the accused on filing of PF within 07
days from today for next date.
• Adjournment due to absence of accused, cost of Rs.1500/- is imposed upon the
accused to be paid by the accused to the complainant on the next date.
• Let the matter be listed for 17.03.2026 for framing of notice, admission denial
and consideration on the application under Section 145(2) of NI Act.
• The accused is directed to supply the advance copy of the application under
Section 145(2) NI Act to the other side for the purpose of consideration.
• In case the accused does not appear on the NDOH physically, his bail will be
cancelled and bail bonds forfeited.
