complainant to withdraw the present complaint case as the complainant has settled the
present complaint case with the accused out of the court and the complainant has
received entire settlement amount from the accused.
Accordingly, in view of instructions of the complainant, Ld. Counsel of the
complainant prayed to treat the present complaint case as compounded.
Separate statement of Ld. Counsel of the complainant has been recorded in
this regard.
In view of separate statement of Ld. Counsel of the complainant, present
