Stage : Matter is at the stage of service of summons upon the accused(s) person(s),
compliance is required on the part of complainant.
Proceedings : The counsel for the complainant has sought adjournment for filing fresh
and verified address along with fresh liberty to file PF for issuing the summons/notice
on the said new address.
Order :
• The complainant is at liberty to file fresh and verified address of the
respondent/accused.
• If possible by physical verification of the same alongwith photograph of the
property and the affidavit for the same. The affidavit may also be filed for
verifying the phone number of the respondent / accused for the purpose of the
service. If new address is found out, the same be also filed alongwith application
and affidavit of verification.
• The complainant is required to file fresh address on the amended memo of
parties, reflecting the new address.
• Summons report not received back, be awaited.
• Let fresh Dasti summons be issued on the fresh address, subject to filing PF
within 15 days from today, given to the complainant for service personally or
through WhatsApp alongwith screen shot and affidavit of service of the
summons and the complaint upon the accused.
• Let the matter be listed on 10.12.2025.
