Stage : Today the matter was listed for update on settlement and the
presence of the accused was required for the same.
Proceedings :
• Accused is absent without any intimation.
• Accused to submit as to why his bail shall not be cancelled, for non-
appearance despite direction and no exemption application.
• Neither the accused is present nor his counsel physically and through
VC.
• Matter adjourned due to non-appearance of the accused, hence, cost
of Rs.5000/- is imposed upon the accused to be paid by the accused
to the complainant on the next date.
Order :
• It is clarified that in case, the accused does not appeared on the next
date his bail will be cancelled without any further adjournment and
bail bonds will be forfeited.
• Issue NBWs against the accused alongwith notice to his surety on
filing of PF within 07 days from today for the next date.
• Let the matter be listed on 12.03.2026.
