was received from Addl. MS SDN hospital as per which the complainant
was required to appear before committed constituted in connection with the
present case.

committee as and when required by the committee.

Mr. Mudit, alongwith record of SDN Hospital.
Mr. Mudit has brought the letter by Additional MS SDN
Hospital which is address to the Investigating officer in the present case. As
per the letter, some documents are required which are to be submitted to the
hospital for filing of the report by the Medical Board.
Summon issued to EO regarding the constitution of medical
board for examination as to cause of death of Smt. Aarti, a reply has been
filed by the EO mentioning that the board has been constituted and one
month time is required to conclude the cause of death in the present matter.
In view of above, let notice be issued to EO to submit the
required documents to the SDN hospital and to file report as to cause of
death of Smt. Aarti. The letter of SDN hospital address to the Investigating
Officer be sent alongwith notice to the IO.
