Present: AR of the complainant with Ld. Counsel Sh. Satwant Singh.
None for the accused.
Stage : Today the matter was listed for framing of notice and perusal of the case
on merit and the presence of the accused was required for the same.
Proceedings :
• Accused is absent without any intimation.
• Neither the accused is present nor his counsel physically and through VC.
• Matter adjourned due to non-appearance of the accused, hence, cost of
Rs.5000/- is imposed upon the accused to be paid by the accused to the
complainant on the next date.
• The conduct of the accused has been poor as reflected from the previous
ordersheets and warrants of arrest had to be issued previously to ensure
the appearance of the accused. The accused has violated the condition of
the bail and therefore, bail granted to the accused is hereby cancelled.
Order :
• The bail of the accused is hereby cancelled and accused is to be taken into
custody for the completion of the trial. To compel the appearance of the
accused, arrest warrants are required to be executed. Therefore, Issue
NBWs against the accused alongwith notice to his surety on filing of PF
within 07 days from today for the next date.
• Let the matter be listed on 04.06.2026.
