Perusal of the record reveals that the matter is at the stage of
consideration since 04/04/2024 but none is appearing on behalf of complainant
after 04/04/2024.
On LDOH, last and final opportunity was given to the complainant
to pursue the matter. However, no steps have been taken in this regard.
Even today, none has appeared on behalf of complainant despite
repeated calls and wait.
No effective proceedings are taking place owing to irregular
appearance of complainant and non-compliance.
It is already 02:15 pm.
In view of the above, it seems that complainant is not interested to
prosecute the present matter. The present case being a complaint case, primary
duty is of the complainant to pursue the matter diligently. Hence, the present
complaint case stands dismissed for non prosecution/ non-appearance and non-
