Proceedings : Today the accused has appeared with the Ld. Counsel on service
of summons and vakalatnama on behalf of the accused is filed and taken on
record.
• On the oral application for bail of the accused, the accused is granted bail, as
the offence is bailable in nature.
• The accused is granted bail subject to furnishing of bail bonds in the sum of
Rs.20,000/- with one surety of like amount.
• Bail bonds in the sum of Rs.20,000/- have been filed by the accused. Same
are furnished, considered and accepted.
• Copy of the complaint book is supplied by the complainant to the ld.
Counsel for the accused today itself, and proof of supply is taken on record.
Order : Let the matter be listed for framing of notice, admission denial and
consideration on the application under Section 145(2) of NI Act.
• The accused is directed to supply the advance copy of the application under
Section 145(2) NI Act to the other side for the purpose of consideration.
• Let the matter be listed for 04.07.2026.
• (Meanwhile referred to Mediation for 27.02.2026 at 2.00 PM, and in case the matter is
not settled, let the matter be listed for the purpose already.)
