None for accused.
Matter is at the stage of appearance of accused.
Report on summons through speed posts received back unserved with remarks "
"no such person and incomplete address" respectively.
However, Ld. Counsel for complainant submits that the service of summons has
been effected upon the accused through whatsapp and to that effect, certificate u/s 63 of BSA
alongwith affidavit (in this regard )filed on behalf of the complainant. Taken on record.
Perused.
From perusal of the affidavit, certificate u/s 63 BSA and other releated
documents, it is clear that service has been effected upon the accused. Despite that, today, none
has appeared on behalf of accused despite repeated calls and wait.
It appears that the accused is deliberately avoiding joining the proceedings
despite having knowledge of the present case. Be awaited.
