offence under Section 25 Arms Act, 1959 is made out against
accused.
Accordingly, charge for the offence under Section
25 Arms Act, 1959 is framed against the accused, to which he
pleaded not guilty and claimed trial.
Separate statement of accused U/s. 294 Cr.PC
recorded. In view of the statement, witness mentioned at serial
No. 1 and 2 of supplementary chargesheet and witness
mentioned at serial no. 2 and 6 of main chargesheet are dropped
from the list of witnesses.
