accused has filed a number of complaints against him after finalization of
the divorce proceedings. He further states that the proposed accused
persons are trying to threaten the complainant and extort money from
him.
EO states that the present matter has been recently marked to
him and the previous EO has been transferred. He seeks some time to file
a proper detailed report.
Let a proper ATR duly forwarded by SHO concerned be filed
