Ld. Counsel for accused submits that he can only come to the court only 12:00
PM because he has another matter to attend in other court.
He further submits that he has not received the evidence by way of affidavit of
CW-4. Complainant is directed to supply the same.
In the interest of justice, one last and final opportunity is being given to the
accused to cross-examine the complainant and CW-4 failing which the right of accused to
cross-examine the complainant shall stand closed.
CW-4 is bound down for the NDOH.
