• Ahlmad is directed to prepare the parcha register and get the same
signed duly every week. The said register shall contain files having
parcha yadshst for missing files and for sessions / appeal files.
• Ahlmad is directed to file explanation be filed by the next date,
failing which the departmental enquiry will be initiated against him.
• Dasti copy of this order be given to Ahlmad and annexed with the
personal file of the official.

• Let the matter be listed for report on the file and compliance of
above order on 24.09.2025.
