Fresh case received by way of assignment. It be checked
and registered as per rules.
Present: Mr. Anil Tejan, Ld. Counsel for Complainant with
complainant.
Heard on the application U/s 175 (3) of BNSS. I have perused
the file.
SHO, PS Geeta Colony is directed to file an action taken report
stating the following :-
1. Whether any complaint has been made/received by the
complainant in the police station.
2. If yes, whether any action has been taken on the complaint.
3. Whether as a result of investigation/inquiry, any cognizable
offence has been made out against the accused person and whether any
action has been taken by the police.
4. If yes, whether any FIR has been registered and status of
investigation.
5. If no cognizable offence has been made out, whether the
complainant has been informed accordingly.
Copy of the complaint alongwith the annexures be supplied to
the Naib Court, PS concerned today.
Copy of order be sent to SHO concerned directing them to file
report with respect to the action taken on the complaint received by them

prior to the complainant approaching this court. Reply should be in point
wise manner addressing each query of the court as raised above.
Ld. Counsel for the complainant further submits that the
incident was recoded in the CCTV footage installed in the building where
the complainant resides. He further request for preservation of the same, as
it can be used as a material evidence in the present case.
In view of the same, SHO concerned is directed to preserve
the aforesaid CCTV footage for the period from 27.12.2025 till
03.01.2026.
Put up for filing of report on 24.02.2026.
