Notice be issued to the SHO concerned with direction to file a status report/ action taken report stating and answering the following questions serial wise:- 1. Whether any complaint had been made by the complainant in the police station concerned or received from the office concerned of DCP or via e-mail/post? 2. If yes, whether any action has been taken by the police on the said complaint? The action taken be provided in detail by the inquiry officer/ IO. 3. Whether any cause of action/offence(s) or any part of the cause of action or any part of the offence(s) took place within the territorial limits of this PS? In case, the answer is in the negative, whether any Zero FIR was registered and whether the FIR or complaint was sent to concerned PS? 4. Whether the complaint received at the PS discloses commission of any cognizable offence(s)? If yes, whether FIR was registered and action/inquiry conducted as per the directions/ guidelines of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs. Govt. of UP (2014) 2SCC1? 5. Whether any action(as above) taken by the police on the complaint informed to the complainant? Complainant is directed to supply the copy of complaint to Court Official/ Naib court concerned for handing over the same to SHO. Put up for filing of ATR and consideration of the same on 10.03.2026.
