Ld. counsel for the accused.
Today the matter was listed for framing of notice and the
presence of the accused was required for the same.
Accused is absent without any intimation.
Accused to submit as to why his bail shall not be cancelled, for
non-appearance despite direction and no exemption application.
Neither the accused is present physically nor through VC.
Matter adjourned due to non-appearance of the accused, hence,
cost of Rs.5000/- is imposed upon the accused to be paid by the accused to
the complainant on the next date.
It is clarified that in case, the accused does not appeared on the
next date his bail will be cancelled without any further adjournment and
bail bonds will be forfeited.
Issue NBWs against the accused alongwith notice to his surety
on filing of PF within 07 days from today for the next date.
