Present: Sh. Devender Kasana, Ld. Counsel for the complainant with
complainant.
Sh. Mohd. Imran, Ld. Counsel for the accused.
Accused absent.
Memo of appearance has been filed today by the counsel for
accused.
Ld. Counsel for the accused seeks oral exemption of the accused on
the ground that accused is out of Delhi.
Report of NBWs still awaited.
Perusal of record through the previous ordersheets indicates that
repeated NBWs has been initiated against the accused for the purpose of
appearance of accused.
Furthermore, his bail bonds and bail conditions was forfeited and
canceled in terms of order dated 04.09.2025 and he was granted interim bail on
oral requests on 04.04.2026 with the directions to file fresh bonds.
However, the same has not been done till date by the accused.
Furthermore, whenever NBW have been initiated against the accused, the accused
appears and get them stayed and through previous ordersheets, enough indulgence
have been granted to the accused with respect to his conduct.
Accordingly, no ground is made out for adjournment for today.
Issue NBWs against the accused on the following address G – 75,
G/F, Vijay Chowk, Laxmi Nagar, East Delhi 110092 (+91 9650 1147 66) on filing
of PF within 07 days from today for the next date.
Ahlmad is directed to dispatch the NBWs today itself.
