Present: AR of the complainant with Ld. Counsel.
None for the accused.
The accused had appeared on the previous date after the issuance of
proclamation against him.
Therefore, the bail was granted to the accused, and personal bail
bonds were furnished by the accused.
However, the accused is absent today and it appears that the same is
deliberate act of the accused.
Today the matter was listed for framing of notice and further
proceedings and the presence of the accused was required for the same.
Accused is absent without any intimation.
Accused to submit as to why his bail shall not be cancelled, for
non-appearance despite direction and no exemption application.
Neither the accused is present nor his counsel physically and
through VC. Matter adjourned due to non-appearance of the accused, hence, cost
of Rs.5000/- is imposed upon the accused to be paid by the accused to the
complainant on the next date.
It is clarified that in case, the accused does not appeared on the next
date his bail will be cancelled without any further adjournment and bail bonds
will be forfeited.
Issue NBWs against the accused alongwith notice to his surety on
filing of PF within 07 days from today for the next date.
