Present : Sh. Devender Kasana Ld. counsel for complainant
with complainant.
NBW issued against the accused received back with the
report that accused is not found at the said address.
Ld. Counsel for the complainant submits that the
accused is residing at the same address and on the LDOH they have
also filed the tracking report alongwith the delivery of proof
through electronic mode.
Perusal of the record reveals that the accused is well
aware about the proceedings and he is deliberately evading the process
of law. In view of the same, issue process u/s 82 Cr.P.C. against the
accused through concerned SHO for the NDOH.
The SHO concerned is directed to ensure that multiple
efforts are made to apprehend the accused.
DD entry of each effort made along with the correspond-
ing entry of local police station be filed.
Further statement of two independent witnesses be also
recorded at the time of each visit.
Process server is directed to remain present on the
NDOH.
Copy of this order be sent to SHO for compliance.
Put up for further proceedings on 11.01.2027.
