Present: None.
Perusal of the case file reflects that no one has appearing on behalf of the
complainant since the last multiple dates of hearing.
No justifiable ground for non appearance of the complainant on all the
previous dates of hearing has been made out.
Vide order dated 14.01.2026, the complainant was given one last
opportunity to appear in Court and pursue the matter. Today also none has appeared
on behalf of the complainant despite repeated calls. Sufficient opportunities and
warnings have already been given to the complainant. No reason lies before this
Court to give another opportunity to the complainant to pursue this matter. It is
reflective from the conduct of the complainant that the complainant is not willing to
pursue this matter. It is already 2:00 p.m.
In view of this, present complaint stands dismissed in default for want of
appearance of complainant as well as for non-prosecution u/s 256 Cr.P.C. for non-
appearance. Accused stands acquitted for the offence punishable U/s 138 NI Act.
File be consigned to record room after due compliance.
