Harshit Aggarwal for the DH through VC. Ld. Counsel Sh. Sankalp Shrivastav for the DH. I have perused the Nazir report. Ld. Counsel for the DH has filed the affidavit of NO STAY and it is stated that list of goods is already on record and some of the properties of JD are within the jurisdiction of this court, therefore the execution petition is maintainable in this court. I have considered the submissions. Issue notice of the execution petition and the application moved u/O XXI of CPC, seeking attachment of the property of JD to the JD on filing of PF/RC/AD, authorized courier and speed post as per rules. Ld. Counsel for the DH is directed to file an affidavit furnishing e-mail address of the JD at the earliest. DH is directed to get the service to the JD effected, by sending the soft copies of execution petition, application and other annexed documents in PDF form on the e-mail ID of the court i.e., readerdjcomm02east@gmail.com. DH is also directed to mention the date and time of sending the same on the PF and PF be filed within fifteen days as per rules. Contd/- -- 1 of 2 -- Ahlmad is directed to send the aforesaid documents in PDF form along with the notice to the JD through e-mail on the email ID of Nazarat Branch at the earliest. If the JD is served, he/she/it is directed to file reply, if any and supply advance copy of the same to Ld. Counsel for the DH within a week. Put up on 15.10.2024.
