MACT No.736/23 and both petitioners in MACT No.3/24.

It is observed that two accident claim cases bearing MACP Nos.
736/23 & 3/24 have arisen out of the same accident. Therefore, for the purpose of
inquiry, both the claim cases are consolidated. Claim case bearing MACP No.
736/23 titled as “Subhra Dubey & Ors. Vs. Umesh Kumar & Ors.” would be
considered as main case and common evidence would be recorded and same shall be
kept in the main file.
PW1 is examined, cross-examined and discharged.
Process ordered to be issued to employer of the deceased company is
received back in some another language, which cannot be understood.
On request, fresh process be given to PW/the employer of the deceased
on filing of PF & RC through all modes, including the electronics mode. On request,
process be given dasti.
At this stage, an application is moved for summoning of the witnesses
in petitioner’s evidence. Application perused. The same stands allowed. Let the
witnesses mentioned in the application at Sl. Nos. 1 & 2 be summoned on filing of
PF & RC. Process be given dasti.
Put up for remaining PE on 14.10.2026.
