along with mother of plaintiff/Sheetal Kashyap in
person.
Application U/o 22 rule 4 CPC is pending for
impleading legal heirs of deceased defendant no.2. Defendant no.2
died on 20.01.2024.
In view of the contents, the application is allowed
and disposed off. Amended memo of parties be filed.
Another application U/o 32 rule 1 CPC has been filed
by the plaintiff.
Mother of applicant is also present today and it is
submitted that the applicant is 13 years old.
The application is allowed subject to condition that the
mother will not take an monetary decision concerning the suit
property of this case without permission of this Court. Application
is disposed off.
Fresh summons be issued to the defendants as per the
amended memo of parties (advance copy be filed) on filing of PF.
It is directed that the summons along with complete
and legible set of documents accompanying the plaint be served
within one week from today.

The defendant is directed to file WS within 30 date
from the date of service of summons and endorsement be made on
the summons accordingly.
