On the basis of the pleadings, following issues are framed as
under:
i.)Whether the plaintiff is entitled for compensation against the
defendants for loss of life of plaintiff’s son for the amount of Rs.
50 lakhs? OPP.
ii.)Whether the plaintiff is entitled for any cost against the
defendant? OPP.

No other issue arises or pressed for.
