No one has appeared on behalf of MS Hedgewar
Hospital despite service.
Court notice be issued to the medical
Superintendent to file reply regarding the patient Mr. Satyam
Singh who received treatment on 07.03.2022 and he is further
directed to not to destroy the records of that patient.
Court notice be also issued to Medical
Superintendent MAX Super Specialty Hospital Patparganj to
preserve the record of patient Satyam Singh whose date of
admission is 10.03.2022.
Representative of both the hospitals are allowed to
inspect the judicial file.
