PW1 partly examined-in-chief and further examination-in-chief
is deferred for want of English Translation of affidavit of witness.
One post-mortem report MarkC was exhibited today, however,
the opinion regarding cause of death could not be given and it was stated that
the same will be given after receipt of chemical analysis report of the Viscera
preserved and sent to FSL. In view of the same and in the interest of justice,
court notice be issued to the Medical Superintendent/incharge of the
department of Forensic Medicine, UCMS & Guru Teg Bahadur Hospital,
Delhi-110095 to produce the complete post-mortem report along with report of
FSL/CFSL. Copy of post-mortem report supplied additionally. Be taken on
record. The same be annexed with court notice.
