Ld. Counsel for plaintiff has stated that he has not
received copy of the application for condonation of delay as yet.

Ld. Counsel for plaintiff has stated that he has still
not received copy of application for entering appearance and
condonation of delay in entering appearance. Ld. Counsel for

defendant appearing today is not acquainted with the file, he
has simply been instructed to request for some time. He has
stated that Ld. main Counsel for defendant is suffering from
throat infection and has sought time of one or two days to
forward the copy of the application seeking condonation of delay
to Ld. Counsel for plaintiff.
Perusal of file shows that the defendant had filed its
appearance and application of condonation of delay on
07.02.2024. On the date the matter was next listed i.e.
19.02.2024, the matter was adjourned for reply and arguments for
02.05.2024. Ld. Counsel for plaintiff had stated on that day he
had not received the copy of the same and fresh directions were
issued to that effect. Even today, the Ld. Counsel for plaintiff
states that he has not received anything from defendant/ Ld
Counsel for defendant.
Last opportunity is granted to the defendant to
supply copy of entering appearance and application of
condonation of delay in entering appearance within two days.

11.09.2024.
