It is submitted by the Ld. Counsel for the defendant
no. 3 that she has not received the complete set which consists of
application for the amendment of the plaint, amended plaint and
documents annexed to it.
In response to this, Ld. Associate Counsel of the
plaintiff has submitted that the same shall be supplied to the
defendant no. 3 within 3 days from today.
This Court has asked the parties regarding the
chances of mediation between them. To which, the defendant no.
1 has denied the same.
