It is submitted by Ld. counsel for the plaintiff that he
has not received the copy of application u/o VII Rule 11 CPC.
Counsel for the defendant No. 2 has submitted that
she has already supplied the copy of the application via whatsapp
as well as email to the counsel for the plaintiff.
Let hard copy of the said application be supplied to
the counsel for the plaintiff within two days from today against
acknowledgment.
Written statement has not been filed by both
defendants. One more opportunity is granted to both the
defendants to file the written statement within four weeks with
advance copy to the counsel for the plaintiff. After receiving the
copy of the written statement, the replication be filed on or
before NDOH.
Put up for framing of issues/for arguments on
pending application on 10.12.2024.
Both the parties are directed to file the affidavit of
admission/denial before next date of hearing.
