It is submitted by the defendant that he has engaged a new counsel Sh.
Yogesh Gaur in the present matter.
It is perused from the last order dt. 25.07.2024 that Ahlmed was directed to
register the counter claim separately and to place the copy of the said order in the
counter claim also however, it is revealed that Ahlmed has not complied with the last
order sheet. In view of the above observation, Ahlmed is warned to be careful in
future and Ahlmed is again directed to register the counter claim separately.
It is submitted by Sh. M.K.Malhotra, ld.counsel for D1 and D2 that he wish to
withdraw his vakalatnama in the present matter.
Heard and allowed.
Mr. M.K. Malhotra is discharged from this case.
Advance copy of the reply/WS to the counter claim is supplied to the
defendant. It is submitted by Sh. Yogesh Gaur that he will file his
vakalatnama during the course of the day and he need some time to go through the
file.
In view of the submissions made by ld. Counsel for defendant, matter is
adjourned for PE on 09.09.2024.
