record an additional copy of WS with counter claim for the purpose of separate
registration of counter claim is pending adjudication.
It is submitted by ld. Counsel for plaintiff that he has no objection, in
case the present application is allowed and counter claim is registered
separately.
Heard. Record perused and considered.
In view of the submissions made by ld. Counsels for both the parties,
application u/sec. 151 CPC filed on behalf of defendant stands allowed.
Ahlmed is directed to register the counter claim filed on behalf of
defendant separately. A copy of this order be placed in the counter claim.
Plaintiff is to file WS to the counter claim within thirty days from today.
The present matter is at the stage of plaintiff’s evidence.
