accused.

Accused is produced from JC.
Ld. counsel for accused has filed bail application U/s
483 BNSS on behalf of accused Farah.
Ld. counsel for accused submits that accused Farah
was thrown out of the house by Zameer Choudhary i.e. her
husband and she is not living in the inspected premises,
therefore, NBWs could not be served and she did not about the
date.
Ld. Addl. PP for the State and AR of the complainant
company submit that accused is very well knew the proceedings
of the court as she was appearing the court.
Ld. counsel for accused further submits that she is a
lady with limited financial resources and is also uneducated.
Also, she is not keeping in good health and suffering from TB.
Ld. counsel for accused further submits accused shall be present
on each and every date now onwards and she will also furnish
her present address on which future processes can be served. Ld.
counsel for accused has furnishes new address of accused i.e.
H.No. R-32-A, Ground Floor, R-Pocket, Dilshad Garden, Delhi.

I have heard the submission of Ld. counsel for accused
as well as Ld. APP for the State and AR of the complainant
company.
Heard.
In view of the aforesaid submissions and considering
the totality of circumstances and nature of the offense, accused is
admitted to bail on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs.
5,000/- with one surety of the like amount. Bail bond/surety bond
be furnished during course of the day.
The present address of the accused shall be considered
for the purposes of serving the processes upon the accused in
future.
Accordingly, bail application stands disposed off.
Put up on date already fixed i.e. 25.05.2026.
