Reply to the present matter has been filed by R-1 & R-3.
Same is taken on record. Copy of the same be supplied to other side.
Ld. counsel for the revisionist has argued that before the
Hon’ble High Court, the stand of the Gram Sabha is that the land in
question vests in Central Government and not in Gram Sabha. Ld.
counsel for R-2 seeks time to file the detailed reply for the same on or
before the NDOH with advance copy to the other side.
Perusal of the record reveals that the private parties before
the SDM are not made parties in the present case. Ld. counsel for the
revisionist submitted that the same be made as parties in the present
case for just adjudication.
In view of the said submission, the private parties are
impleaded as parties in the present Revision Petition. Amended Memo
of Parties be filed within a period of one week from today.
Issue notice to the said private parties for the NDOH, on
filing of PF/Speed Post/approved courier. Steps be taken within a
period of 10 days from today.
Be put up on 06.01.2024 for further proceedings. This date
has been given as per the convenience and choice of ld.
counsels/parties.
