02.01.2024 drawn on Bank of Baroda, Connaught Place, New
Delhi. Same is taken on record.
Notice issued to the respondent is received back unserved
with the report that the respondent has already left the said
premises. Let fresh / correct address of the respondent be filed on
record and fresh steps be taken for his service.
Put up for appearance of the respondent/ further
proceedings for 09.05.2024.
