Heard. File perused. On the basis of pleadings and supporting
documents, following issues are framed:-
1) Whether Mr. Pramod Kumar Sharma died in a motor
vehicular accident happened on 06.06.2023 at 06:45 A.M., near
Village Arania Pul ke Niche Karib 50-60 meter, within the
jurisdiction of PS Arania, Distt. Bulandhsahar, due to rash and
negligent driving of vehicle bearing registration No.
UP-22AT-9331 (Truck), being driven by Respondent No.1/Salim
and being owned by Mr. Mohd. Rauf Khan? (OPP)
2) Whether the petitioners are entitled to compensation on
account of said death and if yes, to what extent and from whom?
